 Tooling system
The worldwide approved Trumpf tooling system is used on the ECCO Line (other systems on request, e.g. Amada, Rainer, XX28). The tool is put directly into the tool holder without an intermediate case. Through the large propagation of the Trumpf tooling, the machine is virtually always ready for operation.
7 seconds. The largest tool diameter is 105 mm (4"). Besides a wide range of standard toos, it is possible to manufacture arbitrary tool within the range of 105 mm diameter. The metal loss from sharpening will be compensated through changes of the punch stroke length. Exact alignment of cutting tools with ridig clamping ensures long tool life. It also enables the use of angled Whisper-Tools which can achieve a noise reduction of up to 50%.

Stepless 360 degree rotation of all tools up to 105 mm diameter using brushless DC motors and pneumatic indexing of Revotools. The 7-way Revotool was especially constructed for this model. In addition to 6 tools with a diameter of 16 mm each, with a slitting tool of 5 x 30 mm it is possible to punch nearly every contour, allowing complete processing of the sheet without changing tools.

With the introduction of the HiFocus technology in the year 2000, the world of plasma cutting saw a new dimension of productivity, quality and variety of application, all based on the well accepted FineFocus technology. The exceptional quality of the cutting surfaces is characterized by dross free cuts, the fine tolerance of the cut angle and straightness of cut, as well as smoothness of the cut edge and a positioning tolerance of +/- 0.2 mm. In addition, repeatability is 0.03 mm and is based on the technology of the HiFocus system, which is known world-wide. 
Soft-Switch Inverter Technology
Technological flexibility, achievable cutting quality and availability of the cutting system depend extensively on the coordination between power source and plasma cutting torch. Furthermore the productivity is influenced significantly by the configuration of the power source. Primary-switched electronic power sources offer optimal possibilities for realising those demands. For this reason the inverter power source HiFocus 160i was developed, having the favourable working range of 4 to 160 A. 
Further advantages are:

High precision punching, nibbling and forming in one economical, yet heavy duty machine with a high speed automatic tool changer, Boschert rounds out its range of CNC punching machine with the new MULTIPUNCH 1250 x 2000.Many customers have approached Boschert requesting complete processing of sheets without human intervention. The solution is the introduction of the Automatic Tool Changer consisting of 8 stations using the proven Trumpf tooling system. With the ATC is standard, stepless rotation of all tools including Revotool,

Boschert’s multi-tool solution. These features provide up to 64 fully indexable tool sets, more than enough for most applications. In addition, it possible to pre-adjust tooling for differing sheet thicknesses, thus eliminating set-up time for recurring jobs. Boschert has built on its extensive experience with over 3,000 punching machines installed around the world. With the addition of the new Automatic Tool Changer machine, the Multipunch, Boschert’s offerings provide sheet metal work solutions to the most important requirements: Precise punching, nibbling and forming on one machine.
The maximum sheet size is 1250mm x 2500mm (4’ x 8’) with maximum sheet thickness of 4mm in stainless steel, 6mm in mild steel or 8mm in aluminium. Due the flexible clamping system, sheets of any size within the capacity of the machine can be clamped and processed quickly and easily. Automatic, precise sheet repositioning, guaranteed by two hold down arms, allows the working of the complete sheet, eliminating waste around the clamps. Combined with full nesting of the sheet, utilization of material is greatly enhanced. Combined with the extremely fast automatic tool change, non-productive downtime is greatly reduced. The Multipunch tool changer accepts standard Trumpf style tools for punching, nibbling and forming just as other Boschert punching machines. It is not necessary to purchase new tools when adding the Multipunch to your punching department. Programming and full control of the machine is very easy and intuitive with the conversational CNC. In addition, the Multipunch is equipped with a programmable small parts chute for pieces up to 200mm x 300mm (8” x 12”) in size. Stopping the program to remove small parts is thus eliminated. Setting of the tools in the cassettes is simple, fast and is done off-line to reduce change-over time. Finally, the Multipunch features standard vacuum slug removal and programmable tool lubrication to further the goal of continuous part production.

The machine is made for efficient punching of copper bars and is equipped with:
CNC controlled punching machine with 5 Heads tooling system AMADA (station B)
Punching of copper bars up to 4 m long (option up to 6 m) and with a wide of 15 mm up to 200 mm and a
thickness from 3-12,7 mm.
Hydraulic aggregate with 11 KW motor and oil cooling
Feeding system takes place with special clamps which

ensures complete processing with no waste. This feeding unit is supported on a linar guide and AC servomotor which guarantees a repetition accuracy of plus minus 0,1 mm.
Safety-protective-grating and light-barrier-system according CE – Norm.
Hydraulic material clamping in y – axis before and after punching ensures processing without bending of the finished parts.
